ororo Heated Dog Vest Trial: Wear. Share. Refund — Terms & Condition

1. Organiser. The promotion is organised by ororo (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility. The trial is open only to residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada who have purchased a qualifying ororo Dog Vest (the “Eligible Product”) directly from ororo’s official website during the program period. One entry per person.
3. Program period. The trial opens on 11 Mar, 2026 and runs until terminated by ororo; ororo reserves the right to end or pause the program at any time. Submissions are valid only if made within 14 days of the Eligible Product’s delivery date.
4. Eligible products. Only the Koldpwoof Heated Dog Vest explicitly designated on the program page are eligible. Products purchased outside the Eligible Product list do not qualify.
5. What participants must submit. To be eligible for a refund participants must, within 14 days of delivery, submit via the program form: (a) their contact email (matching the purchase where possible); (b) order number (optional but recommended); (c) dog breed and (optionally) neck/chest/back measurements; (d) a structured review of at least 100 words describing their experience; (e) at least three (3) original photos that clearly show the Eligible Product being worn by the dog (one must be a full-body shot); and (f) affirmative consent to ororo’s use of the submitted material as marketing UGC. Submissions that do not meet these minimums will be deemed ineligible.
6. Photo and Content Requirements. Photos must be original, owned by the submitter, in JPG/PNG format, and meet minimum resolution requirements (short edge ≥1024 px). Photos may not contain third-party copyrighted materials or identify others without consent. If photos include children, the participant must confirm parental consent. No heavily filtered or stock images. Submissions may not be offensive or unlawful. ororo may reject submissions that appear fraudulent, altered, or in breach of these T&Cs.
7. Review and decision process. ororo will review each submission within 3 business days. ororo may request further information or clarification prior to making a decision. ororo’s decision whether a submission meets the program requirements shall be final. ororo will notify participants by email whether their submission is accepted or rejected. If accepted, ororo will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
8. Refunds & Exchanges. Refunds under this program will be issued to the original payment method only. If a participant wishes to return the product under the normal returns process (i.e., they decide not to participate), they may do so per ororo’s standard Returns & Exchanges policy. ororo will provide one free exchange for sizing issues where the product condition satisfies the standard returns criteria and exchange stock is available. Exchanges for other reasons will follow the standard Returns & Exchanges process.
9. UGC license and privacy. By submitting content, participants grant ororo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute and display the submitted photos and review text in connection with ororo’s marketing (website, email, social media, advertising). Participants agree ororo may attribute the content to the participant’s first name only and will not disclose personal contact information on public placements. Personal data will be processed in accordance with ororo’s Privacy Policy.
10. Fraud & abuse. ororo reserves the right to investigate and reject submissions suspected of fraud or abuse. ororo may withhold refunds for suspected abuse, and may require additional verification (e.g., video evidence) before approving a refund. ororo may disqualify participants who submit duplicate or obviously AI-generated or stock content.
11. Cap & availability. The program has a participation cap (internal). ororo may close entries when stock or budget is exhausted. ororo is not obliged to accept all submissions and may refuse entries at its discretion. ororo may suspend or end the program at any time.
12. Governing law. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK participants, and local laws where applicable for Ireland and Canada participants.
