I’m so pleased with this Gilet Fab quality and good fit. Even the pockets are warm10/10
I was a little disappointed with the heated gloves. The heating side of thing met expectations, but felt that the quality gets this product down. The batteries are very hard to fit into their pockets, this puts a lot of strain on the wire that is plugged in. Also to charge it uses a micro usb socket, which I associate with older technology as all new products have usb C fittings.
As already said, these do work ok, but I just wonder whether I've been sold old stock as the jacket I ordered a couple of weeks before has a usb C socket and the pocket takes the battery with ease.
This. Artery is just as good as my other Orono batteries with the exception of its smaller form. In that way it use tree than others I own
I purchased this for my elderly mother who would fit the mens XS size. It is wonderful and so easy for my mother to use to stay warm in her home

I have more then one battery...makes it a breeze to swap out and keep the heat coming!
I am in love with Ororo products. I have shouted from the roofs and I have encouraged many people to buy the vest, extra batteries. I wish I was better at getting referral bucks but I do not know how to work the system.

First jacket was great. But 2 months in one of the hand jacket slippers broke. The distributer stepped up and replaced the jacket. Problem solved
I love this vest, but even though my measurements fit the large size I had to return a large in order extra large. Since the zipper does not open at the bottom, unless you buy a size up, it’s difficult to sit without feeling like you’re going to tear the bottom. I love the blue color.
What I don’t like is the battery. On the low setting it lasts two or 2 1/2 hours. I’m going to recharge it and time it again tomorrow. And if it still doesn’t last at least 6 hours on the lowest, I’m going to contact ororo and ask for a replacement since it must be defective.
My battery for my heated vest was holding up as well as it used to, so I ordered a new one.
My battery was replaced in a very timely manner. It was easy to take the steps to have it replaced! Thank you!
I was given an Ororo vest for Christmas and love it. So, when I was sent a link for this jacket I didn't hesitate, and I have no regrets. The jacket is soft, warm, and you would never know it was part of an Open-box. I would recommend this jacket for anyone who spends time in cold weather.
Part of the plug on our battery broke off inside the battery. The battery was newer and had plenty of life left but was no longer usable. Ororo’s customer service quickly replaced it without hesitation. 3 days later, we were all set with our new battery. We have vests for the whole family and everyone loves them.
I love the vest although I don’t think the battery stays charged long enough so I would recommend getting a second battery.

The material feels water repellent and it is comfortable. She wears it with a long sleeve shirt
I love my heated vest. Unfortunately, after one year of wearing it, the power button malfunctioned, and no longer worked. The Support team at ORORO was great! I was able to exchange my vest for a brand new one. Received the new vest within a weeks time.
Ororo was running a huge sale…buy a battery pack for $49.99 and get an xs jacket for $10! I’m a woman, 5’4”, 114 lbs, so I knew the men’s xs would be a good fit for me. I wanted the jacket to wear to sporting events and walking my dogs in cold temps, so I didn’t mind that it was a men’s style. It’s perfect!
This jacket is great because you can wear it year round and the color and quality is too notch
I really like my vest. It heats up wonderfully and I love the 3 heat levels. My only complaint is that this vest runs small I usually take a L or XL and I needed a 2XL to be able to put a sweatshirt underneath it.
My girlfriend loves it. She is always cold and now has something to keep her warm.
