excellent quality i use in a garage / workshop so well used .

A friend recommended Ororo products so I was delighted to purchase the heated gilet. It’s fantastic and keeps me really cosy working in the garden and as it has 3 heat settings it will be great when it gets even colder too.

Sadly not what my wife wanted so returned after the most protracted and laborious system.
While the garment and battery were very good. The return maze was so long winded I would hesitate to purchase again. I had to contact California! 3 emails plus. Then package and pay then send paperwork to California

Lovely and warm. Great fit too

I am generally very happy with my jacket. The heating and waterproofing are working well so far. The main irritation is that the zip and storm flap fasten the opposite way round to the men's jackets usually sold in the UK. I feel this should be pointed out in the written description. Some means of stowing the hood away neatly when not in use would be a welcome improvement as would a slightly longer length in the outer shell jacket.
