  • Who can enter?

    Open to residents where ororo ships. One entry per person/email.

  • How and when do I get my gift card?

    Gift card code will be emailed to your submitted email within ~14 days after we verify your entry. Irrelevant, or duplicate content may not be eligible.

  • How is the grand prize winner chosen?

    One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries and contacted by email.

  • How can I use my $10 or $20 Gift Card?

    Your gift card is valid for any future purchase on our official Canada website. It can be applied to all items.

  • Are there any requirements for the photos?

    We love authentic, real-life shots! The photo should be original (taken by you), clear, and prominently feature an ororo product. (Note: Please ensure you have the right to share the photo and that everyone in it has consented.)

  • Can I submit multiple stories?

    While we love hearing from you, rewards are limited to one gift card per customer to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. However, all your stories are welcome!

  • How will my story and photo be used?

    By participating, you allow us to share your "Warm Moment" with the rest of the ororo community! We may feature your story or photo on our website, in our newsletters, or on our official social media channels to inspire others to stay warm.
