So, did the usual (for me) over investigation of all heated jackets, decided Ororo looked like the way to go, ordered and on arrival it sized big, easy exchange for a smaller size... good communication through the support team. New size fits nicely, and easy to use, the three heat settings are great, hands/front, neck and back... great for when not moving and out in the cold. Think it'll be well used this winter! In the office, house, car & as a layer under jackets for out in the miserable weather...

Very pleased with my Gilet wonderful warmth the heating zones are spot on collar and mid back are where I need warmth most due to arthritis in C vertebrae
