      It depends on the specific weather-protection rating of your garment.
      Water-Resistant: Ideal for light drizzle or mist.
      Waterproof: Designed to keep you dry and safe in steady rain or snow.

    • Can I dry clean or iron my heated clothing?

      No. Do not dry clean or iron your heated apparel. The high temperatures and harsh chemicals used in dry cleaning can damage the heating elements and the inner wiring. We recommend machine wash for most of our heated clothing. Please double check the washing guide on product page for more instructions.

    • Can I return the heated clothing if it does not fit?

      Yes — if the heated clothing doesn’t fit, you can request a return or exchange as long as the item is unwashed, unworn, in original condition and packaging, and within 30 days of delivery. Please understand that final sale or open-box items (which are shown on product title) are not eligible for return or exchange.

    most ororo heated clothing has core-body heating zones over the left & right chest and back, ensuring optimal comfort even in frigid temperatures, while some are with heating zones in the hand pockets and on the collar for keeping your hands and neck warm whenever needed. Choose the 5-Zone Heated Jacket with the arm heating zone if you have cold arms.

    2. Insulation

    For an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio, choose ororo's heated clothing with down insulation. Our down vests and jackets use RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certified down fill and are designed to trap heat efficiently while remaining lightweight. Look for insulation to retain warmth even when wet, check out the PrimaLoft insulated heated vest.  

    3. Functionality

    We offer heated garments specifically designed for various occasions and purposes. Heated Hunting Jacket/Vest/Hand Warmer with the licensed Mossy Oak DNA pattern for chilly pursuits, Heated Golf Vest for a swing on the course, or the Heated High-Visibility Work Jacket with 3M's high-reflective tape for outdoor tasks.

    Upgraded Mini 5K Battery - Smaller, Lighter, and Faster Charging

    Powering the heating elements is the all-new ororo Mini 5K battery, a premium rechargeable battery designed to optimize your heating experience. A full recharge takes only 4 hours with the 5V3A charger. The Mini 5K battery's optimized design, 40% smaller than the ororo last generation battery, features rounded corners for a comfortable fit without adding bulk or annoyance while sitting in the battery pocket. With a 7.4V output, the new battery enables the heated apparel to heat up rapidly, providing instant warmth when you need it most, and provides up to 10 hours of working time (on low heat setting)
