Look for insulation to retain warmth even when wet, check out the PrimaLoft insulated heated vest.

A full recharge takes only 4 hours with the 5V3A charger. The Mini 5K battery's optimized design, 40% smaller than the ororo last generation battery, features rounded corners for a comfortable fit without adding bulk or annoyance while sitting in the battery pocket. With a 7.4V output, the new battery enables the heated apparel to heat up rapidly, providing instant warmth when you need it most, and provides up to 10 hours of working time (on low heat setting)
